You can raise anything with your doctor during your consultation. That conversation is private, between you and your practitioner. By law we can't discuss or promote prescription medicines on this website, so questions about specific treatments belong in your appointment.

No. Our doctors have no commercial ties to any manufacturer, and our partner pharmacies dispense exactly what your doctor prescribes. Nothing substituted, nothing pushed. Clinical suitability drives every decision, not commercial arrangements.

A registered pharmacist at one of our Australian-owned partner pharmacies. Every script is personally reviewed, checked against your history, and you're offered counselling before dispatch: the same standard of care as your local pharmacy counter, delivered to your door. The pharmacy contacts you directly once your script reaches them, usually within a business day.

Scripts in before 2pm are dispensed and sent the same business day, and anything after that usually goes the next. You get a tracking number within 24 hours of it leaving. From there it's 1 to 2 business days to most capital cities, 2 to 3 to other metro areas and 2 to 4 everywhere else.

Your doctor builds a quit plan around your smoking or vaping history and your goal. That may include nicotine replacement therapy, patches, gum or lozenges, alongside behavioural strategies and scheduled follow-ups, with pharmacist support from our partner network.

Yes. Your health information is stored securely and handled under Australian privacy law. It's shared only between your doctor and the dispensing pharmacist as needed for your care.
