Who we are

Dr Buttons Integrative Health ("Dr Buttons", "we", "us") provides telehealth consultations to patients across Australia. You can reach us at info@drbuttons.com.au.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you complete an assessment, book a consultation, or contact us. This includes your name and contact details, and the health information you choose to share so a registered practitioner can care for you.

We only collect health information that is reasonably necessary for your care.

How we use it

We use your information to provide your consultation and care, to communicate with you about your booking, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. A registered practitioner reviews your history before recommending anything.

How we store and protect it

Your health information is stored securely, hosted in Australia, and encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to provide your care.

We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

When we share it

We do not sell your information. We may share it with the practitioners involved in your care, with a pharmacy where relevant to your treatment, and where required or permitted by law, including any notification obligations to the Therapeutic Goods Administration.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information at any time. To make a request, or to raise a privacy concern, contact us and we will respond promptly.
