When you book, you're booking a telehealth consultation with a registered practitioner. Consultation fees are shown before you book and cover your telehealth consultation only. Any treatment, if clinically appropriate, is discussed with you and charged separately.

Our consultations are for adults aged 18 and over in Australia. A practitioner decides whether any treatment is appropriate for you.

Where compounded or dispensed items form part of your care, delivery timeframes and any supply limits are explained to you. Photo ID may be checked at delivery. Prescription items generally cannot be returned once dispensed, for safety reasons, except as required by law.

You can reschedule or cancel a consultation by contacting us ahead of your appointment. We'll always try to find a time that works for you.
